Let's Erase the Tape on all that is replaying within us as we go about our day, cleaning in each moment. How do we know we have cleaned enough well we clean until we stop, then we rest in the Peace of I. As we do the cleaning we are feeling the memories stirring and feeling this and that and woe is me this is happening to me or may happen to me. We feel trapped in our continual rehashing of our mind stuff, nothing new just the same old thoughts coming to us and we feel this is me, this stuff I feel and think and I cannot be free of them. What is freedom??? How do we know we have freedom ??
Free FREE FREE FREE. Chant and clean with the word FREE until that word is the space you occupy, the energy of FREE. Free from the memories dictating our reactions and our actions. But we can't be doing the cleaning to get freedom, as we clean up our stuff because that is our job. Cleaning.
Oh yes and we get tired of cleaning, why do I have to clean all the time, well, if you don't clean the garbage piles up and you get buried in the dross. So if we bring love to our Cleaning, like a good attitude of I love to clean, thankyou Memories for showing me what to clean on. Thankyou memories I love you. Breathing Ha Breathes, and cleaning as we feel inspired to, with lots of cleaning tools, prayers, pules, statements to clean with to keep our inner child happy doing the cleaning. Inner child says, Oh I love this food....I love strawberries, blue berries, thankyou I love you. Be grateful that we know how to clean, not to know is to be asleep and get buried in our old toxic thoughts feelings memories. Cleaning with ourselves, our families, our friends, our jobs, our coworkers, our country, our planet, animals, plants, our homes our future, Cleaning our way to Shangri La, right within you where its always been waiting for you to see it and be in it.
